1. Purpose
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments made to TechnoRhythms Media Private Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”) for digital marketing, analytics, SEO, development, or related services.
2. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all engagements—retainer, project-based, or subscription-based—entered into with TechnoRhythms Media Pvt. Ltd. through our website, email, or written agreements.
3. Cancellation by Client
- Clients may request cancellation by sending written notice to accounts@technorhythms.com.
- Cancellations made within 3 business days of project approval (and before work starts) may qualify for a partial refund, minus administrative charges.
- Once the project has begun, setup or research work completed is non-refundable.
4. Cancellation by TechnoRhythms
- We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a project due to non-payment, lack of communication, or violation of our terms.
- In such cases, work performed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
5. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available only for unused services or advance payments made for future work that has not yet started.
- No refunds will be issued for completed milestones, ad spend managed on client accounts, or third-party tool subscriptions.
- Once project assets, tracking configurations, or deliverables have been shared, the engagement is considered active and non-refundable.
6. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after written confirmation.
- Refunds will be made via the same payment mode originally used by the client.
- Transaction fees or taxes (e.g., GST, payment gateway charges) may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Non-Refundable Components
- Consultation fees, discovery workshops, or digital audits already delivered.
- Paid advertising spend or media budget handled on behalf of the client.
- Third-party tools or SaaS subscriptions purchased for project execution.
- Any work completed or time invested by the TechnoRhythms team.
8. Policy for Retainers & Ongoing Engagements
- For retainer contracts, clients must provide at least 15 days’ notice for cancellation before the next billing cycle.
- Retainers already billed are non-refundable, but services may continue until the end of the paid period.
9. Payment Disputes
Any disputes related to billing or refunds must be raised within 7 days of invoice receipt. After this period, all charges are considered final.
