1. Scope of Policy
This Payment & Billing Policy applies to all engagements, projects, and subscriptions entered into with TechnoRhythms Media Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) across all service categories including marketing, analytics, SEO, development, and technology consulting.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer (INR or USD)
- UPI / Net Banking (India only)
- Online Payment Gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
- Corporate or institutional invoicing (upon approval)
All payments must be made in the currency specified in the proposal or invoice shared by TechnoRhythms.
3. Invoicing & Billing Cycles
- Invoices are issued upon project initiation, monthly retainer renewal, or milestone completion.
- Payment terms are typically 7 to 15 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Recurring retainers are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
- All invoices include applicable taxes and statutory details as per Indian law.
4. Taxes & Compliance
- All Indian clients are billed with applicable GST @18% unless exempt.
- International clients (outside India) are billed under Export of Services — GST is not applicable but invoices are shared for compliance.
- TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) must be deposited by the client where applicable and a TDS certificate shared for reconciliation.
5. Payment Confirmation
Once payment is received, an acknowledgment or receipt is issued within 2–3 business days. Project work begins after confirmation of payment as per the agreed schedule.
6. Late Payments
- Payments not received by the due date may result in paused services until cleared.
- A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied on overdue invoices beyond 30 days.
- Continuous delay in payment may lead to termination of ongoing services.
7. Currency Conversion
For international payments, exchange rates are determined by the payment processor (e.g., Stripe or PayPal) at the time of transaction. Any currency conversion or transaction fee is the responsibility of the client.
8. Refunds & Disputes
Refunds and cancellations are covered under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any billing-related disputes must be raised within 7 days of invoice receipt.
9. Security & Data Protection
We do not store your payment details on our servers. All online transactions are processed through secure and PCI-DSS–compliant payment gateways.
