Overview

A Dubai-based luxury real estate developer approached TechnoRhythms after struggling to attract qualified overseas investors for its premium off-plan and waterfront properties. Despite strong visuals and high-value inventory, the brand faced rising acquisition costs, low-quality international leads, and weak conversion from enquiry → viewing → booking.

The objective was to build a predictable international demand engine by combining geo-targeted Performance Marketing, Local SEO for Dubai, and buyer-intent landing experiences, all supported by a robust tracking and attribution framework.

  • Prototype: Built tailored versions of landing pages and ad sets for India, GCC, Europe, and Asia.
  • Test: Ran controlled experiments across platforms, creatives, and landing experiences to refine performance.

1. International Multi-Geo Performance Marketing

We restructured campaigns by geography using our Performance Marketing framework:
